MAKE YOUR OWN COIN RING

Our Coin Ring Workshop is a hands-on experience where you'll turn a real coin into your very own ring. We'll guide you through the entire process, from choosing your coin to shaping and polishing your finished piece.

No experience is needed!

Our workshops run for approximately 90 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to choose your coin, make your ring and put the finishing touches on it.

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through every step and help you use the tools safely.

We have a wide selection of coins from around the world for you to choose from.

You can also bring your own coin, provided it's suitable for making into a ring. We generally can't use coins smaller than an Australian 10-cent coin, two-tone coins or unusually thick coins.

Absolutely! Bringing a coin with a special meaning can make your ring even more personal.

Not every coin is suitable, so our instructors will check it before you begin. We recommend having a backup option in mind.

We can make a range of ring sizes to suit most people. Our instructors will help you find the right size before you start.

Of course! You'll leave the workshop with your very own handmade coin ring, ready to wear.

Our workshops are held at the Recycled by Kobie studio in Richmond, Melbourne.

You'll receive the workshop address and arrival information with your booking confirmation.

Participants must be at least 14 years old. Anyone under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.

Definitely! Our workshops are great for birthdays, date nights, team-building activities, celebrations and groups of friends.

Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes. Long hair should be tied back, and we recommend avoiding loose clothing or jewellery that could get caught in equipment.

All the tools and safety equipment you'll need are provided.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled workshop.

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Because the workshop follows a guided process, arriving late may affect your ability to participate.

Our standard Coin Ring Workshop costs $80 per person, including the materials and use of equipment needed to make your ring.
